Muvipro was commissioned to create a recap for Protocol Recordings, Nicky Romero’s record label, during their annual residency at Escape Amsterdam for Amsterdam Dance Event. As one of the most important weeks in the international dance music industry, ADE provided the perfect setting to capture the energy, network, and influence surrounding the label.
The objective of the recap was to document the full night and show the scale of Protocol’s presence during ADE. With artists such as Martin Garrix, Hardwell, Lucas & Steve, and other key names attending or performing, the evening was an important moment for the label to highlight its community and position within the dance scene.
Our role was to capture the atmosphere of the event, the performances, the artists, and the interaction between the people connected to Protocol. The focus was not only on the show itself, but also on presenting the wider network around Nicky Romero and the label, showing how Protocol brings together major artists, collaborators, and fans during one of the biggest moments of the year.
The final recap was distributed on YouTube and social media, giving Protocol’s audience a dynamic overview of the night. The result was a high-energy piece of content that strengthened the label’s visibility during Amsterdam Dance Event and showcased its role as an important platform within the international dance music scene.
