Muvipro created a campaign film for Object Embassy around their collaboration with designer Borre Akkersdijk, known for his textile innovation through ByBorre, and designer Nynke Tynagel. The project centred around a unique reinterpretation of the Pierre Jeanneret chair, combining Object Embassy’s design approach with Borre’s textile development and Nynke’s visual design language.

The objective of the campaign was to tell the story behind the collaboration and show how the different creative visions came together in one distinctive product. Borre Akkersdijk is known for applying advanced textile techniques, often associated with industrial applications such as mattress production, to fashion, furniture, bags, car interiors, and other material-driven designs. By applying this textile approach to Object Embassy’s chair design, the collaboration resulted in a unique piece that could be presented at fairs and sold through selected webshops.

Our role was to translate the collaboration into a clear and visually strong story. The film needed to show not only the final chair, but also the thinking, craftsmanship, and shared vision behind it. By focusing on the designers, the material process, and the product itself, we created a campaign that explained why this collaboration was special and how the combination of textile innovation and design heritage resulted in something new.

The final campaign film was created as a storytelling and promotional asset for Object Embassy, supporting the presentation and sales of the chair. The result was a refined visual piece that captured the creative process, the uniqueness of the collaboration, and the value of the final design.
