Muvipro produced the music video for Kunnen Wij Dat Ook by Demi van Wijngaarden, a song inspired by a deeply personal moment in the artist’s life: the anticipation of becoming a parent. Rather than focusing solely on pregnancy, the project explored broader themes of love, commitment, and the future that two people build together over time.

The objective of the music video was to translate these emotions into a visual story that felt relatable and authentic. At the centre of the concept was the question that gives the song its title: "Kunnen wij dat ook?" Rather than asking whether parenthood is possible, the story reflects on whether a young couple can grow together and build a lasting relationship similar to those who have spent a lifetime side by side.

To bring this idea to life, we developed a narrative built around two parallel storylines. The first follows Demi during an important chapter of her life as she prepares for motherhood. The second follows an elderly couple whose relationship represents decades of shared experiences, challenges, and memories. By interweaving both stories, the video creates a visual reflection on love across different stages of life, encouraging viewers to consider their own future and relationships.

Through cinematic storytelling, emotional performances, and carefully crafted visual direction, the music video transformed a personal story into a universal message about connection, growth, and commitment. The final result was an intimate and emotionally driven production that reinforced the meaning of the song while creating a strong visual narrative around one of life’s most significant milestones.
