Glen Faria - Als Alles Wegvalt

Muvipro created a music video for Glen Faria, a well-known Dutch hip-hop and pop artist, for his song 'Als Alles Wegvalt'. Glen Faria and his management at Warner Music approached us with the request to develop a unique visual concept that matched the emotional story behind the song.

The song is about Glen’s late brother, Melvin, and the bond they shared. Since 'Als Alles Wegvalt' was the leading track of his upcoming album, the goal was to create a powerful and distinctive visual that could carry the emotional weight of the release. From the beginning, the ambition was to develop something that had not been done before on this scale, combining music, memory, technology, and storytelling into one immersive experience.

Our role was to develop, direct, and produce a fully CGI and VFX-driven music video in collaboration with 3D artists and a specialised visual effects team. The final concept placed Glen Faria inside a virtual world that viewers could move through in 360-degree virtual reality. The video takes the audience through Glen’s thoughts, memories, and emotional world, including scenes inspired by his childhood and the relationship he had with his brother.

The video concludes with a 360-degree scene in the clouds, where the face of his brother Melvin is subtly reflected through AI-generated imagery. This created a deeply personal and symbolic ending, turning the music video into more than a visual accompaniment to the song. It became an emotional and immersive tribute.

The final result was a highly innovative music video that pushed our creative and technical boundaries as a production company. By combining 360-degree virtual reality, CGI, VFX, and AI-generated visual elements, the project became a creative milestone for Muvipro and a unique visual expression of Glen Faria’s story.
